All rooms are first come first service basis. Rooms are limited so don't wait until the last date to reserve. Final payment is due no later than April 1, 2027 for all packages - Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the organizers of the group. Packages are not sold a la cart. Also, if you book your own vacation package you will still NOT be allowed into any of the private events set up for this group. If you choose not to participate in group activities then that is completely up to you but no refunds will be allows for anything missed.
