TRAVELS BY LIKISHA, LLC
TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Travels by Likisha, LLC (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual(s) submitting payment (“Traveler,” “Client,” or “you”).
By requesting services, submitting payment, or participating in travel arranged by the Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORITY
You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age

You possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement

You are financially responsible for all travel booked under your name, including bookings for additional travelers or minors

All information provided to the Agency is true, accurate, and complete
Speculative, false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings are strictly prohibited.

2. AGENCY ROLE & SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP
Travels by Likisha, LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and excursion vendors (“Suppliers”).
The Agency does not own, operate, manage, or control any Supplier and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. Each Supplier is an independent entity with its own terms and conditions, which govern your travel arrangements.
In the event of a conflict between Supplier policies and this Agreement, Supplier policies shall prevail.

3. REQUESTING SERVICES, RESERVATIONS & PRICING
Travel proposals and quotes are subject to availability and price changes until a deposit or full payment is received. Prices may fluctuate due to supplier increases, fuel surcharges, taxes, or currency changes.

The Agency is not responsible for price increases that occur prior to payment.

4. PAYMENTS & AUTHORIZATION
By submitting payment, you authorize the Agency to charge the payment method provided for all agreed-upon amounts.

All payments:

Must be made by stated deadlines

Are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing
-
Are subject to Supplier terms
If paying on behalf of another traveler, written authorization is required. The Agency will not contact third parties for payment verification.

5. DECLINED PAYMENTS
You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information is provided.

Declined payments will not be automatically reprocessed

After two declined attempts, the reservation may be canceled

All previously paid amounts may be forfeited

6. FINAL PAYMENTS & LATE FEES
Final payment dates are clearly listed on invoices and itineraries.
Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of all prior payments.
Payment extensions require prior approval and a $25 Final Payment Extension Fee.

7. ROOMMATES & SHARED ACCOMMODATIONS
All roommates must submit separate registration forms and deposits within 24 hours of each other. If a roommate cancels or fails to pay, remaining travelers are responsible for any adjusted occupancy pricing.

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
​
Without Travel Protection Insurance
All payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
​
With Travel Protection Insurance

A $50 per person Agency cancellation fee applies before final payment

A $50 per person Agency cancellation fee applies after final payment
-
Cancellations will not be processed until fees are paid in full
Refunds (if applicable) are governed solely by Supplier policies and timelines.

9. CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
One name change or reservation modification may be permitted prior to final payment, subject to Supplier approval.

10. TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE
Travel protection insurance is strongly recommended.
The Agency is not an insurance provider and makes no guarantees regarding coverage. All insurance claims must be filed directly with the insurance carrier.

11. PASSPORTS, VISAS & DOCUMENTATION
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation.
Most destinations require passports valid at least six (6) months beyond return date.
The Agency is not responsible for:

Denied boarding or entry

Missed travel
-
Expenses due to improper documentation

12. HEALTH, MEDICAL & SPECIAL NEEDS
You are responsible for determining your fitness for travel.
Medical, dietary, and special needs information must be submitted no later than the final payment date. Failure to do so may delay final travel documents.
The Agency is not responsible for medical care, evacuation, or inability to participate in activities.

13. TRAVEL RISKS & SAFETY
Travel may involve inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for such risks.
The Agency is not liable for losses related to travel advisories, government actions, or travel to high-risk destinations.

14. FORCE MAJEURE
The Agency is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Pandemics
-
Government actions
-
Labor strikes
-
Civil unrest
-
Supplier insolvency

15. TRAVELER CONDUCT (HARMONY CLAUSE)
Travelers must behave respectfully at all times.
The Agency reserves the right to remove any traveler for disruptive or unsafe behavior. No refunds will be issued, and additional costs will be the traveler’s responsibility.

16. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
You grant the Agency permission to use photos or videos taken during travel for promotional and marketing purposes unless written notice is provided prior to departure.
​
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travels by Likisha, LLC shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from Supplier actions or participation in travel.
​
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travels by Likisha, LLC from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your actions or participation in travel.
​
19. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered in accordance with this Agreement. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection actions, additional fees and to never be serviced by Travels by Likisha ever.
​
20. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The Agency reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or inappropriate conduct.
​
21. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within that jurisdiction.
​
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Submission of all payments constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
