By reserving the Grown & Sexy Flying Dress Experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Eligibility

This exclusive experience is available only to travelers with a confirmed Grown & Sexy in the DR 2027 reservation.

This add-on is not available to the general public.
Reservations & Payments

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your Flying Dress Experience.

The remaining balance may be added to your existing Grown & Sexy payment plan or paid in full prior to the final payment deadline.

Your session must be paid in full before travel.
Cancellation Policy

All payments made toward the Flying Dress Experience are non-refundable.

Reservations are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another traveler.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, missed appointments, or unused sessions.
Photo Session Scheduling

Photo sessions will take place during the Grown & Sexy Beach Party.

Your scheduled photo time will be assigned by Travels by Likisha and the photographer to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.

Your approximate photo session time will be emailed approximately 30 days prior to departure.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeiture without refund.

Dress colors and available sizes are subject to availability.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred dress color; however, specific colors cannot be guaranteed.
Weather & Safety

In the event of unsafe weather or circumstances beyond our control, the photographer and Travels by Likisha reserve the right to adjust the schedule, modify the location, or reschedule the session during the trip if possible.

No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes but every attempt will be made to have it on a different day.
Image Release
By participating, you grant Travels by Likisha and the contracted photographer permission to use photographs and video taken during the session for promotional, marketing, social media, and advertising purposes unless a written request to opt out is received before the event.
Liability
Travels by Likisha serves as the coordinator of this experience. Photography services are provided by an independent professional photographer. Travels by Likisha is not responsible for photographer performance, editing style, equipment failure, lost images, or delays beyond its control.
