Cancellation Policy

Travels by Likisha, LLC - 1 on 1 Travel Coaching Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of 1 on 1 Travel Coaching services by Travels by Likisha, LLC ("the Company"). 1.2 By engaging in our 1 on 1 Travel Coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Booking and Payment 2.1 All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through the Company's designated booking system. 2.2 Payment for coaching sessions is required in full at the time of booking. 2.3 The Company reserves the right to modify coaching session fees at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated in advance. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling 3.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule a coaching session by providing at least 24 hours' notice. 3.2 Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the full session fee being charged. 3.3 The Company understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at its discretion. 4. No Call; No Show Policy 4.1 If a client fails to attend a scheduled coaching session without providing any notice ("no call; no show"), the full session fee will be charged. 4.2 The Company may, at its discretion, consider exceptions to the no call; no show policy in exceptional circumstances. 5. Refunds 5.1 Refunds will not be provided for coaching sessions that have been attended. 5.2 In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at the Company's discretion. 6. Confidentiality 6.1 All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law. 6.2 The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of client information. 7. Code of Conduct 7.1 Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during coaching sessions. 7.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate a coaching session if a client's behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. 8. Changes to Terms and Conditions 8.1 The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes. 9. Governing Law 9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
