Terms & Conditions
By booking any experience with Travels by Likisha, LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Deposits & Payments

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. A $75 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is successfully received.

Remaining balances will be placed on a monthly automatic payment schedule after your deposit is made.

Payment schedules will be communicated after booking.

Guests may choose to pay in full at any time prior to the final payment deadline of August 1, 2026.
-
Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
2. Payment Plans

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Travels by Likisha to charge your selected payment method monthly.

All payments must be made on time.

If a payment fails, you will be notified and must update your payment method within a 48 hour timeframe.

Missed or declined payments may result in:

cancellation of your reservation

forfeiture of all prior payments

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All payments made toward your experience are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another guest; minus any funds that have been paid by you:

5. Itinerary & Experience Changes

All changes will be made with equal or greater value whenever possible.
6. Transportation

Guests are responsible for arriving on time to the designated pickup location.

Transportation will not wait for late arrivals.

Missed departures are non-refundable.

delays caused by traffic or third-party transportation providers

lost or left-behind items

7. Hotel Accommodations (If Applicable)

8. Behavior & Conduct

9. Liability
Travels by Likisha acts as a coordinator between guests and third-party vendors.
We are not liable for:

10. Photography & Marketing
By attending, you grant permission for:
